PRICING, PRODUCT LISTING AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Yellow Deer Designs is very careful to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. Yellow Deer Designs reserves the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification. The products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When purchasing products with non-Euro debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholder’s bank. These rates fluctuate daily, for further information, cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by Yellow Deer Designs. Yellow Deer Designs aims to update the site regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, Yellow Deer Designs may suspend access to the site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on the site may be out of date or inaccurate at any given time and Yellow Deer Designs is under no obligation to update such material.
SHIPPING
All of our orders are sent by An Post standard post.
Each order sent is recorded via email and stamped by An Post when posted. I cannot be held responsible for any post lost in transit. If you require registered or express post, you need to get in contact with us at yellowdeerdesigns@gmail.com
All orders are handmade, your order is only made once your order is placed. Each order is made especially for you.
Turnaround time is 1 to 3 working days on normal processing days, Monday to Friday. At busier times processing times can take up to one week. Once you place an order you will receive an email to advise, once your order is completed you will also receive an email.
An Post also advise their postage time for standard post on normal processing days can take up to 2 to 3 working days. At busier times it may take longer.
If your order is a gift we can include a note with your order, please leave details in the comments box at checkout and we will write a beautiful note for your loved ones.
RETURNS
Returns must be approved by Yellow Deer Designs prior to return. Please email yellowdeerdesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, to discuss returns.
All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging. Please make sure to handle your Yellow Deer Designs product with care. Damages caused by improper handling is not our responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Yellow Deer Designs is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender – so please check that info twice and provide a post code / Eircode where you can.
Personalised items cannot be returned.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
On the rare occasion that delivery is unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us. Redelivery of a returned order will take place following payment of the return costs and new delivery costs.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are Quality Checked before dispatching our studio.
If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to yellowdeerdesigns@gmail.com
FEEDBACK AND COMPAINTS
We welcome any form of feedback to help us to improve the service we offer. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Yellow Deer Designs Company please contact us. We endeavor to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We will keep you informed as we handle your complaint and will, in most cases, be able to resolve this within 30 days.
